LCP’s EB-5 investment program raises capital from foreign investors to finance job-creating real estate projects in developing neighborhoods across the United States. Through this program, LCP has capitalized more than $500 million in debt and equity transactions into development projects, with an aggregate value of $5 billion. EB-5 Green Card Investment Amount Increases from $500K to $900K in November 2019
For those contemplating applying for a U.S. EB-5 green card, now is the time to act since the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, DHS (USCIS) recently issued a final rule to change the EB-5 investment amount from $500,000 USD to $900,000 USD in a TEA.

LCP is seeking to raise $15,000,000 of common equity for its latest project in the Florida Space Coast—Hotel Melby, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton in downtown Melbourne, Florida. The Florida Space Coast is a thriving economic market suited for a premier hotel brand that will cater to local corporate leaders in the aviation, technology, aerospace and defense industries such as NASA, Raytheon, Lockheed Martin, SpaceX, and Blue Origin. The current minimum investment amount for an EB-5 investor is $500,000.
