Denis Karasev
Mr. Karasev oversees all investor relations and marketing activities on the Middle East & CIS region for LCP’s EB-5 foreign real estate investor program. Mr. Karasev works closely with LCP’s EB-5 investors to guide them through the subscription, investment, and immigration process. He is based in our Dubai, UAE office and travels frequently throughout MENA, Turkey and former USSR republics, to meet with potential investors.
Michael Kaufman
Mr. Kaufman joined LCP in January 2024 to assist with both reestablishing and expanding the company’s footprint in the EB-5 space after a hiatus starting in 2020.
