Joseph Westervelt
Mr. Westervelt is responsible for underwriting and portfolio management of LCP’s net lease and EB-5 portfolios. Prior to joining LCP, Mr. Westervelt was an Analyst at Brookfield Properties working in the Asset Management and Investments Division of their U.S. office portfolio. Throughout his seven-year tenure at Brookfield, Mr. Westervelt was involved in some of the firm’s most complex transactions including the $11.4 billion dollar acquisition of Forest City Realty Trust
