Seth Burch

Seth Burch serves as General Counsel of The LCP Group, L.P. (LCP). He is responsible for formulating the legal strategy for LCP’s acquisition, disposition, and asset management activities in connection with its ownership of hotels and investments in hospitality and real estate ventures. He also oversees all legal aspects of LCP’s EB-5 foreign real estate investor program.

Prior to joining LCP, Mr. Burch worked as an associate and counsel at leading New York City law firms where he represented lenders, borrowers, property developers, and landlords in acquisition, disposition, financing, development, and leasing transactions totaling more than $10 billion. His clients included Thor Equities, Slate Property Group, AdamAmerica Real Estate, Shorenstein, Extell, the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, Citigroup, and Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Burch has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from Vassar College.
