Hilton Kansas City Airport

LCP acquired the Hilton Kansas City Airport in Kansas City, Missouri, in 2018. The hotel is five minutes from the airport and an $8.7 million renovation is underway.

Detroit Marriott Livonia

Since July 2016, LCP has owned the Detroit Marriott Livonia in Detroit, Michigan. The property is located near all of Detroit's major expressways and is easily accessible to downtown Detroit.

Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks

LCP has owned the Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks in Fair Oaks, Virginia, since Q4 2017. The hotel has an on-site restaurant, 13 event spaces, and pet-friendly rooms and suites.

Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown

In early 2016, LCP bought the Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown, in Nashville, Tennessee. The building was renovated in 2017 including adding 53 hotel rooms and approximately 2,200 of retail space. LCP sold the property in July 2019 which resulted in a return of 2.65X the initial investment for LCP and its investment partners.

Hampton Inn Denver-International Airport

LCP bought the Hampton Inn Denver-International Airport in Denver, Colorado, in March 2015. The property was renovated in 2016 and LCP sold it in July 2019.

The Meadows, Multifamily Apartment Building

LCP owns and asset manages a 400+ unit multifamily apartment building in Lenexa, Kansas, known as The Meadows. The acquisition offered LCP the opportunity to execute a value-add strategy of renovating select apartments and further driving occupancy at the complex.

Greyhound Bus Terminal

Since the 1980s, LCP has held a 50 percent ownership of approximately two acres of land in the central business district of downtown Portland, Oregon, that is currently triple-net leased to Greyhound Lines, Inc.

Student Apartments – University of South Florida

LCP owns two parcels of land totaling 16.295 acres under The Province Student Apartments at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida, that is currently long-term net-ground leased to an entity owned by American Campus Communities, Inc., (ACC). ACC is a publicly-traded real estate investment trust that is the nation’s largest developer, owner, and manager of high-quality student housing and owns 206 communities across 96 campuses with a total


LCP owns the land under 23 Stop & Shop supermarkets located in numerous states along the east coast including Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia. The supermarkets are leased by the U.S. subsidiary of Ahold Delhaize, a world-leading food retailer based in the Netherlands.

Hotel Melby

Our latest project is in the Florida Space Coast—Hotel Melby, a Tapestry Collection by Hilton in downtown Melbourne, Florida. This modern 180-room boutique hotel, with 24 corner suites, will be 11 stories tall and have a 170-space parking garage with 30 dedicated public parking spaces. AMENITIES The hotel will have a fitness center and a spacious rooftop lounge with an indoor/outdoor terrace that has sweeping views of the surrounding area
