200 East 59th Street

The 200 East 59th Street tower is 35 stories tall and offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, and three-bedroom penthouses. All 67 residences feature wraparound terraces, ranging from 144 to 3,471 square feet, creating a seamless indoor/outdoor living space.

INTERIOR DESIGN
The interiors feature a gorgeous modern design and have column-free rooms surrounded by floor-to-ceiling walls of glass and are finished with white oak plank flooring, white Calacatta, and Siberian white and mink marble. All residences are corner units and boast 10’ to 14’ ceilings, motorized shades, washers and dryers, and multi-zone climate control systems.

AMENITIES
Building amenities include a double-height lounge designed with floor-to-ceiling glass walls, a full-height central marble fireplace, elegant seating areas, a private dining room, and a catering kitchen. The lounge opens to a landscaped wraparound terrace with furnished seating and dining areas. The double-height fitness center also overlooks the terrace through floor-to-ceiling glass walls. Additional amenities include ample bicycle storage and a laundry room with commercial washers and dryers. Residents also enjoy 24-hour white glove concierge services.

LOAN REPAID
LCP is pleased to report that on June 12, 2020 the sponsors of the 200 East 59th project closed on a recapitalization of the project resulting in a full repayment of the Company’s $40,000,000 mezzanine loan. LCP was able to negotiate the full repayment well before the maturity of the loan, a tremendously successful result for all EB-5 investors. The company is also pleased to report that it has commissioned a final economic study for the project, which
concluded total job creation of 1,490 jobs (18+ jobs per investor).
