99 Hudson Street

99 Hudson is a new luxury high-rise condominium project located near the waterfront in Jersey City with unrivaled views of the Manhattan skyline and the New York harbor. The project sponsor, China Overseas America, is owned by China Overseas Holdings Limited, which in turn is owned by China State Construction Engineering Corporation. Construction started in January 2016 and is expected to conclude by the end of 2019 or early 2020. The building has now succeeded the Goldman Sachs Tower as the tallest skyscraper in New Jersey.
