One Wall Street

One Wall Street is a 50-story, limestone Art Deco tower that is a landmark-designated building in the heart of Manhattan’s financial district and neighbor to the New York Stock Exchange. Its 1.1 million square feet of former office space is being transformed by Macklowe Properties into a stunning 566-unit luxury condo building with approximately 174,000 square feet of retail space. Due to the setbacks that are part of the buildings original design, 47 apartments will have private terraces. The famous reception room, known as the “Red Room,” will be carefully preserved and leased as retail space.

AMENITIES
The building will feature over 100,000 square feet of amenities spread across multiple floors and include an enclosed pool and a 39th-floor roof deck with sweeping views of the New York Harbor.

SPONSOR DETAILS
Macklowe Properties has developed more than 13 million square feet of real estate across more than 70 projects in New York City during the past 50 years. Macklowe already has signed two major tenants for One Wall Street: Whole Foods Market, which will occupy 44,000 square feet on the side of the building that fronts Broadway, and Life Time Athletic, which signed a deal to absorb 74,000 square feet across four floors. Construction commenced in November 2015 and is proceeding accordingly.
